The Broward County Probate Court handles all Probate and Estate Administration cases in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Coral Springs and throughout all cities in Broward in which a person either owned real estate in their sole name or was domiciled in the county meaning that they resided here with the present intent to remain.
